Overview

John advises companies, investment banks and major shareholders on initial public offerings and rights issues, Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and U.S. private placements for high yield debt, convertible bonds and equity issuances in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Beyond the Office

John joined Linklaters as an associate in the firm’s Frankfurt office in 2018. Prior to joining Linklaters, John was an associate at an inter-national law firm based in New York City. 

He is a member of the New York Bar and the Frankfurt Bar.
