Overview

Jördis has specialised experience in debt capital markets products with a focus on asset based structured finance, including, in particular, true sale and synthetic securitisation, warehouse financings (in particular, in the area of FinTech and digital business models), structured covered bonds, high yield bonds, secured bank financings and other secured financing of various asset classes.

She has expertise in ship and consumer finance and also regularly advises on portfolio sales and NPL transactions.

She is recognised by Legal 500 Germany 2025 as a "partner of the next generation" in the field of Capital Markets Law: Structured Finance and Securitisation. Chambers Germany/Global 2025 lists her as an "up and coming" lawyer. She is also recommended by JUVE 2024/25 for her expertise in the field of structured finance.

Beyond the Office

Jördis joined Linklaters in 2012, was elected Counsel in 2020, and Partner in 2025. Before joining Linklaters she was active as a freelance author for the German magazine Anwaltsblatt Karriere.

She is a member of the German-French Lawyers Association (Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung).

Education and Qualifications

Jördis studied law at the University of Kiel and graduated from the Institute Catholique de Paris & Paris VIII in Paris.

She speaks German, English and French.
