Overview

Julia is a counsel in the restructuring and insolvency (R&I) team, based in London. She leads the European R&I practice’s client strategy and origination function.

Having spent well over a decade in private practice at Linklaters in both London and Hong Kong, she has extensive experience advising the full spectrum of stakeholders on complex cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and bespoke capital solutions across a diverse range of capital structures.

In her current role, she works closely with funds, capital solutions providers and other stakeholders, drawing on the firm’s deep bench of experts across borders, sectors and practices to help clients anticipate opportunities, navigate risk and shape strategies at the earliest signs of financial stress in European businesses.

Beyond the Office

Julia has been actively involved in launching the Linklaters’ Women in Funds network.
