Juliane advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advice on workforce changes, restructurings, staff reductions and questions of works constitution law.
Juliane has been practicing law at Linklaters since 2023.

- Carrier Global Corporation: advising on (i) the US$4.95bn sale of its security business to Honeywell, (ii) the US$1.425bn sale of its Industrial Fire business, (iii) the sale of substantially all of the assets of Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. and certain contributed assets to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue, (iv) on the sale of its Commercial and Residential Fire division for US$3bn and (v) on the acquisition of the Portuguese company Addvolt, S.A.
