Overview
Julius specializes in advising listed companies on all matters of stock corporation and group law, capital markets law, and corporate governance, as well as on restructurings and M&A transactions. An additional focus of his advisory lies in representing clients in corporate law disputes and proceedings before regulatory authorities.
Julius joined Linklaters in 2013 and was appointed Counsel in 2023.

- Volkswagen AG: Advising on matters of stock corporation law and capital markets law, in connection with the preparation and conduct of the annual general meeting as well as on representing the company in several complex litigious matters and administrative proceedings, including its constitutional complaints before the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht).
- Volkswagen AG and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG: advising on Porsche’s IPO and the sale of a minority stake in Porsche to the Porsche Automobil Holding SE.
- Volkswagen AG: advising in connection with the Joint Venture with Rivian Automotive, Inc. to develop software and electronics architectures and the investments in Rivian Automotive, Inc.
- Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG: advising the Management Board on corporate law and capital market law matters, including the preparation and conduct of the annual general meeting.
- thyssenkrupp AG: advising on stock corporation law and capital market law matters, in connection with the preparation and conduct of the annual general meeting and various transactions, in particular in connection with the change of the legal form and the IPO of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA as well as the sale of the elevator division to a conglomerate of financial investors.
