Julius is a Managing Associate in our Düsseldorf office having specialised experience in German corporate law and capital markets law, including all aspects of corporate governance, corporate litigation, corporate compliance and corporate restructurings. His clients include large publicly listed corporations especially in the automotive, financial and energy sector.

Education and qualifications

Julius studied law at the University of Göttingen and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He finished his First and Second Legal State Examination with honours. He also holds a Juris Doctor (Dr. iur.) from the University of Göttingen.
