Kali works on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of single assets and portfolios of multifamily, retail, mixed-use, industrial and office properties.
Kali works with borrowers and lenders in construction, mortgage, mezzanine and other financing transactions, including note-on-note financing. Additionally, she also works with clients on real estate matters for corporate and restructuring transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate finance.
