Overview
Kathrin specialises experience in banking supervisory law, insurance supervisory law, securities law and investment funds law. She is responsible for the knowledge management of the German financial regulation practice, in particular the development and maintenance of the know-how collection, the monitoring of case law, legislation and developments relevant to supervisory law.Education and Qualifications
Kathrin studied law and international law (Anglo-American law) in Germany at the University of Trier and in Great Britain at Northumbria University (Newcastle upon Tyne). She worked for three months during her traineeship at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
Kathrin is admitted to practice in Germany.
She speaks German, English, French and Italian.
