Kevin is a U.S.-qualified associate based in our London office with experience advising multi-jurisdictional issuers and investment banks in a variety of corporate transactions, particularly on equity and debt capital markets transactions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Work Highlights
Kevin's experience includes:
- Acting for the issuers and selling shareholders on the IPOs of Dubai Residential REIT on the Dubai Financial Market and OQ Exploration and Production on the Muscat Stock Exchange
- Acting for the underwriters on the IPOs of Verisure on Nasdaq Stockholm, CVC Capital Partners on Euronext Amsterdam, ALEC Construction on the Dubai Financial Market, Spinneys on the Dubai Financial Market and OQ Gas Networks on the Muscat Stock Exchange
- Acting on over ten transactions under HSBC Holdings’ U.S. SEC-registered shelf program
Education and Qualifications
Kevin holds undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Political Science and a Master of Accounting (Corporate) from the University of Kansas and holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
