Koto is actively involved in repackage transactions. She advises on various documents used for swap transactions (using the ISDA template). She also works on amendment agreements made to existing documentation following the financial benchmark reforms.

Koto studied at Keio University. She holds a doctorate in law from Keio University Law School.
