Laura holds a Master’s degree of Business Jurist from the University of Paris Est-Créteil and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Graduate Business School (IAE) from Paris Sorbonne. She also attended the Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris (EFB).
Laura is registered with the Paris Bar and with the list IV of the Luxembourg Bar. She speaks French, English and Lingala.
Laura joined Linklaters’ Capital Markets & Banking practice in October 2018.
She advises clients, including financial institutions, sponsors, corporates and issuers, on all types of capital markets and banking matters.
Her practice includes acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, cross-border financings, as well as general banking transactions and capital markets transactions.
Before joining Linklaters, she gained several years of working experience in Luxembourg in Contract and Corporate Law.
