Lilianne is an associate in the corporate practice in Linklaters’ Amsterdam office. As a member of the Amsterdam Tech M&A team, she combines her experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions with a strong sector focus on technology, media and telecommunications as well as intellectual property. This dual focus enables her to provide integrated, sector-specific advice to clients on complex corporate transactions.

Lilianne joined Linklaters in January 2023. In 2024, she undertook a one-year secondment to the Linklaters Brussels office, where she was part of the TMT/IP team.
She is dedicated to pro bono work and is part of the Amsterdam CSR Committee. As one of the two pro bono coordinators of the Amsterdam office, she actively leads and organises projects that bring about positive change.
Lilianne has a master’s degree in corporate law (LL.M) from Leiden University as well as a master’s degree related to IP and TMT law (LL.M) from VU Amsterdam.
She speaks fluent Dutch and English and is a member of the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten) in Amsterdam.
