She has extensive experience advising financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of international finance transactions, including syndicated and secured loans, restructurings, pre-export, prepayment and acquisition financings.

Education and Qualifications

Liliya studied law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow).

Liliya speaks English and Russian.
