• A major national sports league organization: advising on internal workplace investigations and the development of company policies to promote and monitor employee compliance.
• A multinational financial institution: conducting internal investigations of the financial institution’s records against the Securities and Exchange Commission’s alleged violations of federal securities laws.
• A food and beverage company: representing company in a class action lawsuit where plaintiffs alleged violations of antitrust and consumer protection laws.
• A corporate officer: representing a former CEO against criminal allegations brought by the Department of Justice of securities fraud, wire fraud and insider trading.
