She is a member of Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
Lisa specialises in dispute resolution in national and international intellectual property law as well as advising on complex national and international transactions. She advises on all questions of intellectual property rights, in particular on patent, trademark and copyright law. Lisa negotiates for her clients extensive license agreements and is also active in competition and distribution law.
Her experience includes:
Lisa studied law at the University of Freiburg i.Br. and at the University of Saarbrücken. During her legal traineeship, she worked, inter alia, in a leading international law firm in the corporate/IP sector.
She speaks German and English.
