Ludovic joined the Brussels corporate and finance practice in 2019.

Ludovic specialises in private M&A and private equity transactions, often with an international aspect. He also advises listed companies on general corporate matters.

Work Highlights

Virya Energy: advising on the EUR 1.55B sale of all shares in Parkwind NV, Belgium’s largest offshore wind operator, to JERA.
Ivanhoé Cambridge Europe: advising on its investment in Cohabs Group SA, a Belgian group active in the development and operation of co-living housing.
Robur Capital and management: advising on the sale of all the shares in Rev-Up NV, the holding company of the Step-Up group, to Kantar and the subsequent reinvestment by the management.
BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium: advising on its investment in the Konings group.
Sofina: advising on its investment in Biobest Group NV.
H.U. Group Holdings Inc: advising this Japanese healthcare company on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in ADx NeuroSciences.

Beyond the Office

Ludovic has been an Associate in the corporate and finance practice since 2019.

Education and Qualifications

Ludovic studied law at Ghent University and at the University of Glasgow within the framework of the Erasmus Programme. He holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Chicago Law School.

Ludovic is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
