Work highlights

• Telecom Argentina S.A: advising in its merger with Cablevision Argentina S.A.
• Fintech Telecom LLC: advising in the tender offer for Telecom Argentina S.A.
• Credit Suisse: advising in multiple bilateral loan agreements with various Argentine companies from the energy sector such as Generacion Mediterranea and YPF S.A.
• Citi, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse: advising in the US$300m bridge loan offered to Vista Oil & Gas for the acquisition of assets located in Argentina from Pampa Energía S.A. and Pluspetrol Resources Corporation and its subsequent refinancing through a syndicated loan offered by Banco Itaú, Banco Galicia, Banco Santander and Citibank.
• JP Morgan, Citibank, HSBC and Banco Santander: advising as Initial Purchasers in the U.S.$400,000,000 bond issuance by Telecom Argentina in 2019.

Madeleine holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, in Buenos Aires.
