Malina joined Linklaters in May 2025 as an associate in the Dutch corporate M&A practice, having previously gained experience as an intern in both our Litigation and Corporate M&A teams in 2024. She supports Dutch and international clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and day to day corporate advisory work across a variety of sectors.
Education and Qualifications
Malina holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Amsterdam and a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Psychology, Law & Economics (majoring in law), as well as an LL.M in Corporate Law from Leiden University. She speaks fluent Dutch, German and English and is a member of the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten) in Amsterdam.
