Overview
Marit joined Linklaters in July 2025 as an associate in the Dutch corporate M&A practice, following an internship with the firm in 2024. She advises Dutch and international clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and general corporate advisory work across various sectors. She has a particular interest in the energy sector, where she assists clients on complex and often cross border transactions.
