Nana specialises in project finance transactions, banking transactions and renewable energy transactions. Her recent work includes regional offshore wind projects and solar power projects.
Nana has advised extensively on inbound and outbound investments in renewable energies, international acquisition finance transactions, as well as on loan transactions led by ECAs.
Beyond the Office
Nana studied law at Keio University and acquired a Juris Doctor degree from Keio University Law School, Tokyo, in 2019.
Nana speaks Japanese and English.
