Earlier in her career, Nina worked as a tax accountant at a Big 4 accounting firm providing expatriate and international tax planning, compliance, and global mobility advisory services for clients in the banking and legal sectors. While attending law school, she also worked as an in-house tax and financial advisor at a law firm.
Nina is a senior associate in Linklaters' Tax practice in New York. She advises clients on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including debt and equity offerings, derivatives and other financial products, private equity investments, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and tax-free reorganizations.
Nina holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance with a minor in Economics, summa cum laude, from Pace University and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
Nina is a certified public accountant in New Hampshire and an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
Nina is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
