- Representing a former CEO against criminal allegations brought by the Department of Justice of securities fraud, wire fraud and insider trading.
- Global citrus juice company: advising U.S. subsidiary in connection with 28 U.S.C. § 1782 applications for U.S. discovery for use in foreign litigation.
- Multinational fabric company: advising U.S. subsidiary in connection with contested bankruptcy proceedings.
- National real estate company: advising on employment-related disputes.

- Representing a mosque in a Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act claim against a Long Island township.
