Overview
Pam is the Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Linklaters. She advises clients on the life cycle of equity capital markets activities, from late stage fundraising through to IPOs and secondary capital raisings, as well as on debt offerings and liability management transactions.
Pam has led the teams on many of the firm’s most complex cross-border capital markets transactions and has experience across many industry sectors.
She is recognised as a leading lawyer in her field in Chambers, Legal 500 (Hall of Fame) and IFLR.
She spent five years in the firm’s Hong Kong office (2012-2016) and in 2002, she spent a year on secondment to the investment banking legal department of J.P. Morgan.

- Helios Towers: on its IPO and listing on the Premium segment of the London Stock Exchange, high yield and convertible bond offerings, share placing and debt tender offers.
- the underwriters on the IPOs and listings on the Premium segment of the London Stock Exchange of CAB Payments, Dr. Martens, Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Trust Pilot, Moonpig, Funding Circle, Airtel Africa and ContourGlobal.
- the underwriters on the c.€2.3bn IPO of CVC Capital Partners and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
- the underwriters on rights issues for Aston Martin, Marks & Spencer, SSP Group and DS Smith.
- the placing agents on placings by LSEG, Ocado, Prudential, ASOS, Stobart Group, The Restaurant Group, Young & Co.’s Brewery, Beazley, William Hill and Saga.
- Modulaire and TDR Capital: on the dual-track London IPO and M&A process that culminated in the sale of Modulaire to Brookfield Business Partners.
- Shanghai London Stock Connect: the underwriters on the IPOs and GDR listings on the London Stock Exchange of Huatai Securities (the first IPO under the Stock Connect scheme) and SDIC.
- Glencore: on its Rule 144A bond offerings.
