Overview
Philipp is member of the firm’s German Private Equity/M&A practice. He advises in particular corporate clients, private equity and other financial investors on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Professional experience
Philipp has been working as Managing Associate at Linklaters since 2025. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked for one of the leading international law firms in Frankfurt am Main.
He is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association and the German-American Lawyers Association e.V.Education and qualifications
Philipp studied law at the Humboldt-University in Berlin with two semesters abroad at Keio University in Tokyo. He completed his legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and in New York.
He speaks German, English and limited working Portuguese.
