Overview
Philippa is a counsel in London who specialises in corporate reorganisations and capital restructurings. She has extensive experience advising corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of complex domestic and multi-jurisdiction mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distributions and reorganisations across a variety of sectors.
Philippa was seconded to the ECM legal team at JPMorgan in 2004 and to Vodafone in 2013.
