Przemyslaw Lipin has specialised experience in credit finance with a focus on leveraged, private and public acquisition and infrastructure finance.

Przemyslaw was seconded to the financial sponsors solutions group at one of our clients and to the leveraged finance group at firm’s London office.

He is listed as a "Partner of the Next Generation" in Legal 500 Germany, 2025.

He is ranked in Chambers 2025, Band 5.

Groupe Bruxelles Lambert: advising on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Canyon Bicycles
The Carlyle Group: advising on the €1.32bn cov-lite financing for its acquisition of Flender GmbH
The Carlyle Group: advising on the financing of the public takeover of Schaltbau Holding AG
Brookfield: advising the underwriters on the public takeover of alstria office REIT-AG
Waterland Private Equity: advising on the acquisition of coeo Inkasso
Montagu Private Equity: advising on the financing of the acquisition of Universal-Investment GmbH
ams AG: advising on the bridge financing of the public takeover bid to shareholders of OSRAM Licht and subsequent integration of equity, debt capital raisings bank financing to refinance the bridge financing and refinancing of target indebtedness

Beyond the Office

Przemyslaw joined Linklaters in 2011 and was appointed Managing Associate in 2014. In 2022 he was elected Partner.

Education and Qualifications

Przemyslaw studied law at the Universities of Mainz and Cracow.

He speaks German, English and Polish.
