Queenie obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.
Queenie is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong SAR. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Queenie is a Partner in our Hong Kong SAR office, specialising in Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPO), pre-IPO investment, cornerstone investment, post-IPO equity financing and M&A transactions, and Hong Kong listing rules compliance.
She advises a broad variety of issuers and listings in Hong Kong with a particular focus on the new economy sectors, including the listings of specialist technology companies under Chapter 18C, pre-revenue biotech companies under Chapter 18A, issuers with weighted voting rights (WVR) and VIE structures, as well as in dual primary listings, secondary listings and spin-off listings. She was seconded to the Listing Division (IPO Vetting) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
