Specialises in the structuring and documenting of complex OTC derivative transactions, including commodity and emissions-related derivatives, interest rate, currency and inflation-linked products, credit derivatives and equity derivatives. She has a particular interest in finance-linked derivatives and advises both hedge banks and borrowers in relation to the structuring of hedging solutions. She also has a specialism in advising on regulatory capital, collateral and netting. Rhian acts for a range of entities, including investment banks, corporates, energy firms and investment managers and is a regular speaker on a wide range of topics.
