Riaz K. Janjuah is specialised in advising companies, lenders and investors on complex, often cross-border restructurings as well as national and international insolvencies. A particular focus of his work is on financial restructurings and refinancings as well as, distressed and special situations. He has been involved in key mandates that have shaped the restructuring practice in Germany. This includes the restructuring of large debtor companies by negotiation, through restructuring plans or by foreign restructuring instruments.
