Overview

Rick is part of Linklaters' Corporate M&A practice in Stockholm and mainly focuses on public M&A, equity capital markets and private equity. He also regularly advises on private M&A mandates as well as general corporate law queries.

Rick’s clients include international and domestic private equity firms, investment banks, financial institutions and corporate clients.

Education and qualifications

Rick holds a Master of Laws degree from Lund University. Rick spent one semester abroad as an exchange student at the University of Sydney in Australia where he took courses in international business and cross-cultural management.

Rick speaks Dutch, Swedish and English.
