Ruslan Nurullaev

Overview

Ruslan is a managing associate in the corporate department who has experience in cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well joint ventures and corporate reorganisations with a particular focus on the professional services and technology sectors.

In 2024, Ruslan also spent time on secondment to KPMG International (International Office of General Counsel).

Prior to joining Linklaters, Ruslan worked as an associate at another international law firm and as legal counsel at a technology company.

Ruslan also has experience in teaching law at a university and his research was published in law journals.
