Overview

Ruslan advises Russian and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, including corporate governance, M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as joint ventures, both in Russia and in cross-border projects.

Beyond the Office

Ruslan studied law at the Russian State University of Justice (Moscow), the University of London (London) and Queen Mary University of London (London) and obtained a PhD in Law from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow).

Ruslan speaks English and Russian.
