Overview
Sean is a counsel in Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations group. Sean focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and advising on cross-border regulatory compliance. Sean regularly advises clients on a broad array of issues, including U.S. economic sanctions, anti-boycott laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, securities enforcement, and anti-money laundering laws. Sean also frequently advises clients on developing and implementing corporate compliance programs and in conducting pre-acquisition due diligence.
Sean has a solutions-driven approach, and has experience advising multinational clients across a wide range of industries, including financial sponsors, financial services, energy, mining, life sciences and healthcare.
