Sophie holds a Degree in Banking and Financial Law and a Degree in Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
She speaks French and English.
Sophie is a managing associate in the firm’s Paris office structured finance and securitisation practice notably involved in international structured finance and securitisation transactions. Sophie has extensive experience advising on the structuring and documentation of derivatives, repos and securities lending transactions. She has a strong focus on OTC derivatives and advises both sponsors’ and banks’ sides on hedging of major project finance transactions.
Sophie has a strong expertise in trade receivables securitisations and whole business securitisations in the mobility sector. She also has extensive experience advising on the structuring and documentation of derivatives in the context of major project finance. She recently focused on sustainable finance deals, including transactions falling within the scope of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
