Experience
Stefaan Loosveld specializes in litigation (including white-collar), contentious regulatory and restructuring & insolvency (including sovereign default and debt restructuring). He has worked in our New York and London offices. He acts for both financial institutions and corporates in complex litigation and arbitration matters.
Stefaan is the author of a book on “Money, Monetary Claims and Foreign Exchange in a Belgian, European and International Perspective”, and of numerous articles on financial and restructuring-related topics.
