Sushil Jacob is a corporate partner based in London. He co-heads the Global Industrials and Mobility sectors and heads the India focussed corporate practice. Sushil advises major corporates, banks and funds on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.

Recent transactions include advising:
- ReNew Energy Global plc: advising on its potential takeover by a consortium led by CPPIB.
- Bharti Global: advising the international investment arm of Bharti Enterprises on its acquisition of a c.24.5% interest in BT Group plc from Altice UK S à.r.l.
- ORIX Corporation: advising on the sale of its interests in Greenko Energy Holdings for a total consideration of US$1.5bn and $750mn investment into AM Green.
- DHL Group: advising on its cash investment and contribution of the DHL UK eCommerce business into a joint venture with Apollo Funds, combining DHL's UK eCommerce business with Evri Group to create the UK’s largest dedicated parcel delivery company.
- Post Trade Solutions: advising 13 leading, global banks on the partial sell-down of their revenue surplus share in SwapClear for a total cash consideration of £1.15bn and the investment by a consortium of 11 of those banks in a 20% stake in Post Trade Solutions, a division of the London Stock Exchange Group which provides risk management and optimisation services to the uncleared derivatives market, for aggregate cash consideration of £170m.
- Proximus: advising on the closing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Route Mobile Ltd and the related mandatory takeover offer in India, followed by the reinvestment of the founding shareholders in a subsidiary of Proximus, for a total deal value of €1.2bn.
- Hero Future Energies Global Limited: advising on the up to $450m investment by KKR and the Founders.
- A Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund: advising on (i) its investment in a UK based airport; (ii) the acquisition of a majority interest in an African Airport; (iii) a minority investment into a European business-to-business digital information services provider operating in 18 countries
- MultiChoice: advising on its joint venture with NBCUniversal Media to launch its ShowMax streaming platform across Africa.
