Takahisa Watanabe is a Managing Associate with extensive experience advising on a range of transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, management integration, corporate restructuring, tender offer acquisitions, management buyouts, and joint ventures. Takahisa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. He also obtained a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley. For his undergraduate degree, he studied law at Keio University.
