Overview

Tarini regularly acts for private credit funds, banks and financial sponsors on private capital and private credit transactions, specialising in sponsor-backed leveraged and acquisition financings.

She has experience across a range of financing structures on recent European market-leading deals, from TLB to direct lending, high yield, leveraged infrastructure finance, holdco PIKs and other private credit solutions.

She has also completed secondments in the leveraged finance teams at Goldman Sachs and HSBC, giving her first-hand experience of the origination, credit and distribution functions within leveraged finance.

Tarini has been recognised as a “Key Lawyer” for acquisition finance in The Legal 500 for several consecutive years.

 

Beyond the Office

Tarini is actively involved in Linklaters’ Women in Funds and Ethnic Minority Power networks.

Tarini has presented on leveraged finance at the Loan Market Association (LMA) in recent years.
