Transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included advising:

• Vodafone: advising on the strategic partnership with GIP and KKR for Vantage Towers.
• Schaeffler AG: advising on the acquisition of Ewellix Group from an affiliate of Triton Fund V.
• GlobalWafers: advising on the public takeover offer for Siltronic AG.
• McKesson: advising on the sale of part of its European businesses to PHOENIX groupand the sale of a number of other national businesses to different purchasers.
• Worldline: advising on the contribution of its payment services business in Germany and Austria to PAYONE as well as the sale of PAYONE Switzerland to Worldline.
• The German Federal States of Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein: advising on the sale and related privatisation of HSH Nordbank.
