He advises private equity houses, financial sponsors and corporates on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, portfolio company issues, capital raisings, and management investment plans. He has experience across several industry sectors including healthcare, real estate, financial services and consumer products.

- Intermediate Capital Group on its acquisition of Canopy Healthcare Group, New Zealand’s largest medical oncology and radiology provider.
- Best & Less Group on the New Zealand law aspects of its ASX IPO, including the offer of shares into the New Zealand market.
- Masthead Limited on its acquisition of the Hazeldean Business Park, a multi-building commercial office park in Christchurch, New Zealand.
- Universal Robina Corporation on its partial divestment of Griffin’s and Snack Brands Australia to the Intersnack Group.
