- Infracapital Partners: advising on the sale of their c.74% stake in Eteck Energie Bedrijven B.V. to Partners Group through a controlled auction process.
- Octopus Renewables: Advising on Octopus Renewables' acquisition of a 10% stake in the 732MW Dutch offshore wind farm Borssele III & IV from Partners Group, involving shares in OWFB11 B.V., OWFB12 B.V., and Blauwwind Management II B.V.
- CJ Corporation: advising on the acquisition of shares in the capital of Batavia Biosciences B.V., a company engaged in the development and production of viral vectors, vaccines, proteins and antibodies.
- First State Investments: advising on their acquisition of three liquid bulk terminal facilities located in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain from Royal Vopak.
- ING Bank, KBC Bank, Rabobank, Belfius: advising on the sale of Payconiq International, an account-to-account payments technology provider, to the European Payments Initiative (EPI).
- Visma/Hg Capital: advising on the acquisition of Dutch software provider for governmental institutions Roxit and the acquisition of Dutch cloud software provider EBPI.

Education and Qualifications
Tom studied law at Leiden University and gained a master’s degree in both criminal law and corporate law (LL.M.).
Tom speaks Dutch and English.
