Tomás provides guidance on regulatory engagement during administrative proceedings and works closely with the Lisbon LAI team on competition law matters before the Portuguese Competition Court and EU Court of Justice, having experience in court submissions and representing clients. He advises national and international clients that operate in a wide range of market sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure, healthcare, distribution, and retail.
His expertise covers Competition Law matters such as restrictive practices, abuse of dominant position, merger control, state aid, and regulatory matters.
Tomás is actively involved in client training programs related to his areas of practice.
