Ulrike specialises in M&A transactions as well as capital markets and corporate law, including joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She is a member of the corporate knowhow team.Beyond the Office
Ulrike joined the German predecessor firm Oppenhoff & Rädler in 2000 which became Linklaters in 2001. She worked in the London office from 2002 to 2007. She was appointed Counsel (Knowledge) in 2023.
