Viktor is a managing associate at the Brussels office specialising in private and public M&A, corporate governance and corporate law, as well as financial regulatory law, on a local or international level. He advises (listed and non-listed) corporates, private equity firms and banks on complex domestic and cross-border deals.

- Proximus: advising on the acquisition of Route Mobile and the following mandatory takeover offer in India for a total deal value of €1,2bn.
- AB Inbev: advising certain shareholders of the company on the merger with SAB Miller.
- bpost: Assistance to bpost in the context of the acquisition of the Staci Group, an European specialist in third party logistics, from Ardian and other minority shareholders, for an Enterprise Value of €1.3 billion.
- Ageas: advising Ageas on the £3.1bn takeover offer on Direct Line.
- AG/Interparking: advising AG Real Estate, AG Insurance and Interparking in the integration of Saba Infraestructuras into Interparking.
- Anbang: Assistance to Dajia Insurance Group in the context of the sale of Bank Nagelmackers, the oldest Belgian bank founded in 1747, to Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France.
