Wendy advises on a wide range of financings, including bonds, convertible/exchangeable bonds, regulatory capital instruments, as well as distressed liability management exercises and restructurings. She has worked on the most complex and structured financings across the full range of jurisdictions, products and sectors in Asia.
Wendy works in close collaboration with the Firm's finance, corporate, restructuring, litigation and other practices across jurisdictions, bringing a joined-up approach to deliver results for clients in even the most complex situations.

Wendy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and obtained a LLM degree from the New York University School of Law.
