Dr Yannick Klecker specializes in advising on national and international corporate tax law. The special focus is on national and cross-border reorganisations and M&A transactions as well as their tax structuring.Beyond the Office
Yannick has been working at Linklaters since 2022, initially as a Research Assistant and Trainee and since 2024 as an Associate. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Young IFA Network.
Education and Qualifications
Yannick studied law at the University of Osnabrueck.
He speaks German and English.
