Yaroslav is a U.S. corporate finance partner based in our London office, with expertise in advising corporates and investment banks on complex financings, including investment grade, emerging markets and high yield 144A debt issuances, equity raisings, private placements and U.S. investor-facing liability management transactions. He also advises investor funds and corporate clients on capital markets aspects of financial restructurings and other special situations.
Yaroslav has advised issuers and corporates across the credit spectrum and in a range of geographies in a number of notable capital markets transactions and restructurings.

Yaroslav studied economics and philosophy at Vanderbilt University, graduating summa cum laude with high honors in economics. He received a J.D. in 2007 from New York University, cum laude, and was named Allen Scholar.
