Yixin is member of the firm’s German Private Equity/M&A practice. She advises financial and private equity investors, as well as corporates and sponsor-backed clients, on their M&A deals, strategic investments and joint ventures.

Experience
Yixin has been working as Managing Associate at Linklaters since 2025. Prior to joining Linklaters, she worked for one of the leading international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and in Palo Alto.
She is also a member of the German-Chinese lawyers association.Beyond the Office
Yixin Yang studied law at the University of Munich (LMU) and completed her first and second state exams in Munich. She subsequently obtained full legal qualification in China (PRC Bar Exam).
She speaks German, English and Chinese.
