Yohann is a Corporate Counsel in the Paris office.
Yohann advises listed and non-listed companies on their strategic public and private M&A transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border deals, as well as on corporate governance matters and equity capital markets transactions.

Yohann has advised on a number of high-profile and market-leading transactions. Some of them include:*
- Capgemini: advising on the acquisition of Cloud4C, a global leader in hybrid cloud platform services.
- OneWeb: advising on its combination with Eutelsat Communications.
- Safran: advising on the carve out and sale of its cabin catering business to Hivest Capital.
- Alstom: advising on the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation.
- Worldline: advising on the acquisition of Ingenico by way of a friendly tender offer.
- Rothschild & Co: advising on the reorganization of its private banking and asset management activities following the acquisition of Banque Martin Maurel
- Alstom: advising on a share capital increase for an amount of approximately €2 billion.
- EasyJet: advising on a share capital increase of approximately €1.4 billion.
- Barclays, Deutsche Bank and ING: advising on the capital increase of Atos for a gross amount of €233 million.
- Numerous listed French companies: on corporate governance and securities law matters.

Education and Qualification
Yohann holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Magistère-DJCE in Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
