UK government launches consultation on mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting

The Office for Equality and Opportunity has published a consultation on the implementation of ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting. The consultation seeks views on the application, scope and method of reporting in relation to both characteristics. The consultation will run for 12 weeks.
