Adam is a senior associate in Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in New York. Prior to joining, he was a litigation associate at a New York City law firm. Previously, he served as judicial law clerk to Hon. Iain D. Johnston of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois and was an associate in an international law firm's White Collar Defense and Investigations group.

- A trustee: representing under Contingent Value Rights Agreement in lawsuit seeking over US$6 billion in damages arising from pharmaceutical company’s failure to pay CVR holders.
- A major financial services company: representing in emergency litigation concerning a breakaway RIA with US$129 billion AUM, successfully defeating a temporary restraining order based on allegations of corporate raiding and misappropriation of trade secrets.*
- The Litigation Oversight Committee to Genesis Global Holdco, LLC: representing in actions against Genesis’s parent Digital Currency Group, its founder, and others on behalf of creditors who are owed crypto assets worth approximately US$2.2 billion.
- A founder and former executive of clinical life-sciences company: representing in complex commercial dispute in Delaware Court of Chancery Court.*
- An employee of Fortune 500 company: counselling in preparation for interview before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice relating to FCPA investigation.*
- The American Federation of Teachers: representing in lawsuit against one of the nation’s largest student loan servicers alleging broad mismanagement of student loans and violations of consumer protection laws.
- A private equity firm with US$18 billion AUM: advised on the U.S. Controlled Substances Act risk and DOJ enforcement priorities with respect to the acquisition of a target company.
- Represented asylee in connection with preparing for USCIS Naturalization Interview and Test and successfully obtaining U.S. citizenship.
