Alwyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (Magna Cum Laude) from the Singapore Management University.
Alwyn is called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.
Alwyn has experience across a wide range of debt capital markets practices. He has acted for banks and a range of issuers across the credit spectrum on the establishment and updates of various debt securities programmes, issuance of investment grade corporate hybrids, equity linked instruments.
